1. The site will have PHP, flash work and graphic design work as well. 2. The site has to be lean not heavy on load for the people visiting 3. The graphics / flash fish will be the landing page. The flash will have hooks in a file that will call other pages and the will have a back drop of the flash if the page is not active with a header file to take them back to the main page. 4. On the main page there will be a simple log in with a cookie. The user names will be stored using MySQl, and all will share one password as it is a gaming clan site for teenagers and adults. If they are not in the clan then their name will not be in the Sql file.

There will be mechanical horse's with riders and behind them is razor like rain falling in the back ground on the main page.
