Customize sidebar menu in Joomla Admin

I am looking for an experienced php/joomla programmer.
The task is to replace sidebar menu in Joomla 3.3 administrator template (isis).
The menu links in sidebar should be easily changed in code on dashboard/components (most) pages.
Preferably, this modification should be done as administrator module. It is ok just to override admin template instead.
The Menu sidebar menu should look like a sidebar element from this ‘Flaty’ Admin bootstrap template [url removed, login to view]
The code for Flaty is available.
For further reference please check [url removed, login to view] components (guru, adagency and jomsocial) that all use the same Flaty template on a Joomla's backend.
I have purchased these components too so you will have access to the code and their support.
Please note that this is just a first small project that upon successful implementation we will have more complex tasks to perform. Overall, we would like to have a joomla administrator backend re-branded and well integrated between all components either functionally or visually. Where possible the new implementation will be based on that Flaty template in similar (but not complete) way as ijoomla components.
The template will need to preserve the responsive boostrap pages status.
