74602 Gold Exchange Site Design

I need someone to design an attractive and attention-grabbing template for a new E-Currency Exchange site. I currently have the shopping cart and program itself installed, but would like an attactive introduction, etc. I would prefer a some flash, and it is important that currency and e-currency (i.e., gold bars, etc.) be in the template design, and perhaps a "quick" theme to emphase speed of transactions.
