HTML/CSS/PHP/Mysql/Javascript expert needed to implement face lift for a dating site.
The site has about 12 pages and 8 email templates.
Simple mysql database with 18 tables. The site has scripts that are working. Need to make it work with new graphics design (already developed) in photoshop files
This is HTML/CSS/JS/PHP/MYSQL job with ability to extract graphics from photoshop designs.
Need to add:
* Support for international location selection - drop down of country-state-city-area
* Some JavaScript to show hover window and images
* Video recording support (integration of third party)
* Integrate a new payment processor
Pages are home, my account, mail, edit card, view card, search, upload images, billing, text pages (terms, policy, help), email templates.
Demo site is located at [url removed, login to view] but the graphics will be completely enhanced and with the above functionalities

A test environment with the new design (just home page and login) is located at [url removed, login to view]
The selected developer will communicate status daily and upload changed files daily to the test environment provided. This is a MUST.
