Whatsapp Web app and API

Hello all, i need to develop a whatsapp web app, this must be include the following features:

- Configuration

User must be configure the number and password for use, password must be calculated automatically (with imei MD5 algoritm).

- Multi-User

The answers must be displayed according to remote number

- Send and receive text, images, video, and audio in a ajax or php chat environment.

- http API: we need to use all features throught API. Examples:

and need a daemon for receive the answers, all answers must be stored in mysql and files in directory.
