Add More Functions to My Site

I have a site built on php which tracks employee's time. I would like to add some modifications to the script:

1) When a task is assigned to another person from manager, it shows up in Assigned Employee Tasks

2) Emails when task is overdue and not marked complete

3) Emails user information

4) Footer CSS issue on mobile version

Future Development:

Screen Capture while employee's are clocked in

Mobile Development of the site for Android

Push Notification on phones if we don't build full mobile application

Upload files

More analytic reporting options
