I need a Google Map API expert.

We need to use Google Maps on our Joomla site.

We need to display **ONLY** New York State. The rest of the Google map can be greyed out.

We need to display approx. 60 locations + edit the data that pops up in the window.

We need to assign TAGS to the locations.

The user can search the locations by ZIP or by Checking the tabs.
