Looking for a team / programmer who can create a simple business web site
Requirements:
PHP/MySQL based
Front end:
Simple client logo (I'll email an official company logo as an example)
10 - 15 static pages (template based is OK)
One input form with CAPTCHA, data to be stored in the database
Email notification to the person who submit the form
Actual content and required site structure provided after the agreement.
Back end:
Simple authentication (actually, one user is going to work with the backend)
List/search submitted data by several different criteria
Modify supplied data
Print page with data in a pre-defined form (to be emailed)
