Loading oscom shop On new server

I have oscommerce photo ordering site which I need you to shift onto new server, and BEFORE that I need you to clean files/load new and updated versions of the files And work on [url removed, login to view] settings.

Manage all PHP settings -change the upload_max_filesize for one of my scripts under public_html to 200MB, you should create [url removed, login to view] file under the folder with the following content:
