SagePay - Paypal - Oscommerce Integration

I have an existing e-commerce site which is based on "osCommerce Cart" v2.3.1 shopping cart.
We need SagePay and Paypal payments setup on our site. It needs to integrate with oscommerce which has
already been setup.
This is a very specific module, please only apply if you have set this up before. This is an urgent job we need completing August 19th.
I am looking for someone to integrate "SagePay Go with Form" and Paypal into an OSCommerce built website.
Merchant account being processed at the moment with bank so project will start in a couple of weeks.
I am looking for good team or freelancers who are keen to work on a long term base and can deliver
excellent results every time on time and in budget.
Please send a PM detailing your experience with Sagepay and Paypal and similar upgrades. Obviously it is
critical that any work carried out, is done quickly without losing the integration and functionality
currently present. Project will be awarded to the person I consider has the best technical and English
language skills and also importantly puts forward the best plan for this work to ensure successful
completion.
