I want to develop an automated autoresponding email system for all domains on our webservers.
System requires the following admin backend:
1. Allow each admin-user to set email type, html or text based.
2. Select how many total different number of emails to be sent
3. Select time spacing between each email sent, number of days
4. Input each email via text/html editor in it's appropriate position, ie. email#1, email#2, email#3, etc.
5. Once an individual's email is entered, they are sent the time sequenced emails in order.
6. Individual can automatically opt-out.
7. System needs to record user's first and last name, tel, email and IP address and date recorded. This data needs to be accessible via admin.
8. Admin needs to be able to edit/delete users.
9. Admin area needs password protection.
10. Each website domain needs it's own access and database for it's own customer's to email, therefore a separate email program is setup for each website domain. virtualsite1, virtualsite2, etc.
This needs to be setup in admin for each virtual site on the webservers.
Front end, form needs to include Item 7. information, this system needs to be easily setup for any website on our webservers to use,
