Delayed, automatic email responder plugin for Cpanel

I need a plugin for cpanel that will allow delaying auto responder emails.

Here are the features:

- Plugin should work for ALL cpanel users.

- User will enter the auto responder message.

- User will set the delay amount in minutes. Like 60 minutes delay, 120 minutes delay etc.

- When an email arrives the auto responder will reply after waiting the specified minutes.

I will provide you my cpanel details.

My maximum budget for this project is 100 USD. So please bid reasonably.
