Mordernize our MailScanner (Ajaxify the look)

We have created a custom mail filtering system witch uses the

MailScanner interface. As this is a very old interface, we would like

to have it updated, and made into a solid product.

There will be a dedicated mailscanner available for testing/deployment.

We are going for the more ajaxified look.
