VERY FAST CHAT INSTALLATION

This is a fast project. I am looking for a php or asp software that is already done. You need you to find it and install it. I will buy the software i just need you to find and and install it. So give me a quote on installing it. This is going to be a chatroom where guys cant chat with girls and if the guy likes the girl they can enter a private chat. IT needs to charge the customer money if they want to enter the private chat. So the private chat should last for 10 mins or so or whatever minutes and when the private chat is over the customer can add more moeny to be in the private chat. There are lots of these kinds of sites out there already so i know htere is a script already done. Please send me the list of scripts you think is good for what i need and also tell me how much it cost to install it. This is a very fast and easy work lowest price wins. 1. are you better in asp or php? 2. can you finish this today? 3. will you be installing this yourself or will one of your programemrs do it? 4. what are the list of software that matches what i want (give me URL) and you will be installing?

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
