PHP Feed Framework development

We've been using a legacy PHP Library to load content from RSS Feed. It's not been updated in a while from the original author.

Now, we want to migrate the code to our own Framework with the same features, but better Object definitions, and Test Cases (PHPUnit), etc.

As a first step in the project we need:

1. Initial Object Definitions (Feed, FeedItem, etc)

2. Load a Feed Url - load($feed, $lastImportDate, $config) -> list of imported FeedItems

3. TestCase (PHPUnit), to load a RSS Feed

4. We can provide the current library, as a general guideline
