I need a coder to design a program that will automatically send a PIN code for our prepaid internet services. We have several denominations ($10, $20, $25, and $50). The billing software we use exports the pin numbers in a Tab-Separated Text File (.tab). An example is included in the zip file. We currently have the customers purchasing the cards via PayPal, they then wait for one of my sales staff to email them the pin number. I am open to suggestions on how customers can purchase the pin numbers. This can also be a web site/script.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
