i am looking to build a "create a coupon" type application. I found a website that is very very close to what i am looking for. The easist way to describe this if for you to try the free 15 day trial.

You will see exactly what I want. I plan to make some changes to the user interface and later i will be adding other features but for now I would like to get bids on something similar to

we will not be able to copy their design so the coder should plan on modifying the user interface, etc.

i recall seeing a special way to do these projects where the coders complete sections of work at a time and then get them approved and then move on to the next part of the project......... i cannot seem to find this method but i think it makes sense here.
