Uno Cards Control

I want an active x control where a person feeds a value between 1 and the number of Uno Cards. Then it shows a picture of the card because I want to use this to develop an Uno game. The highest value should show a picture of the back of an Uno card. With the picture I would set the picture property of an image to whatever the picture is. The logic should be by color and from lowest to highest. After the number 9, it does not matter what order the Reverse, Skip, and Draw 2 is. Just be consistant for all colors so I can develop functions to determine what value it is. After all the colors, it would show all the wilds in the deck then the wilds draw 4's.

## Deliverables

An active x control that has pictures of a Uno card. Also a sample project where a person types in a value and the picture of the card appears.
