Yahoo Webcam Viewer

I am looking to make a program for Yahoo messenger to be able to view webcams without authorisation from the user, I don't know if this is possible, I have managed to compile one but it sends a message to the user saying "Allow annonymous to view your webcam" I would really appreciate your help on this.
