Fix actions menu under sales order module in vtiger, also add 1 item

We just migrated from godaddy hosting vtiger 5.2.0 to our own vps running ubuntu server 12.04 and vtiger 5.4.0

I have webmin and phpmyadmin setup on the web server for access.

First off we need to edit the actions menu so that Quick Copy only shows up once (not 3 times) and pops up a little window showing the quickcopy information. The third link currently works, it just doesn't pop up a window.

Also, We need to add the "View Map" option to quick copy which pops up google maps with the street address tied to the organization.

This needs to be done quickly and professionally, we will have more projects for you if this goes smoothly.
