Quick Website Script & Web Crawler

We are looking for a developer to create a web script which:

1. User enters website

2. Script checks website domain against a MySQL Database of blacklisted websites

3. Scripts crawls the website looking at the following data

• Site Meta Data

1. Site/Page Title

2. Meta Description

3. Meta Keywords

• Site Content

Script should check against a database of "blacklisted" words.

Against a list of blacklisted keywords.

User should be able to upload the CSV file of blacklisted websited & blacklisted keywords.

If the site has any of the blacklisted words on it or the site domain is is the list of blacklisted websites it should show a .html page we created (we will provide you with the HTML page. If site is fine then it should just show the site.

Script should be able to run this process within ½ milliseconds and should not affect computer/browser performance.

In summary we need:

A) 2 x MySQL tables: 1) Blacklisted Website Domain 2) Blacklisted Keywords

B) Basic PHP page to upload, view and edit existing data into each of these tables. Upload should be done using a CSV file.

C) Web Script to: A) Check website domain against "blacklist Domains" table. B) Crawl website for words in the "Blacklisted Words" table

This process should all be completed within miliseconds

Budget: $30-40

Time: Development must be able to start immediately and finish asap
