Finish work on built partially website for my non profit + Logo & award Certificate Design

I awarded the project to someone who finished 70% of the work but could not finish the rest as he says he got sick. He has made the site in Jhoomla and uploaded the site to my webhost. [url removed, login to view]

The remaining work:

The blog needs to be setup.

Minor changes needs to be made for Page Title alignment as per the original design.

Minor CSS needs to be fixed.

ALSO:

I need

-fellowship award certificate design (sample - [url removed, login to view])

-homepage image design (The India Flag needs image needs to be enhanced with some leadership theme)

-logo design (the current logo is borrowed one. The new logo should be inspired from the current logo)
