wp json feed

I have gotten a WP site and i want to create basically a script to pull WP articles and create a json feed.

i will provide the database tables to work from - you do not actually need WP for this job.

1) The script should pull the db details directly from the WP config file

2) The script should be called [url removed, login to view]

it should take a few parameters and generate a json feed (more on the parameters below)

3) The feed should be formatted like this :

here is some detail of how to populate the fields

title : comes from the wp_posts table.

category : what category an article lies in you have to check out wp_terms and wp_term_relationships

date : comes from the post_date in wp_posts table

intro : comes from the post_excerpt field in wp_posts table

image : refered to in wp_postmeta

4) the paramaters for this script are

category : this can be empty in which case does not distingish by category

no : the number to display (if not specified then set to 10)

start : this is for paging (if not specified then set to 0)

5) i also need a variant of this script for the frontpage of the app.

basically need a feed to bring me back

a) last pic of the day

b) 3 other articles but from different categories

i will provide details of all this once the first one is done but it will be just a matter of tweaking the original one
