I have an exisiting PHP content management system that needs to have some additions/changes/fixes. It's for a realty site, [url removed, login to view] and I need to force users to register and log in, and agree to a confidentiality agreement before they view any properties. The backend will need the ability to edit agreement, and select properties that they will need this for. Refer to this site, [url removed, login to view] and that is basically exactly what I need added.
We also have a function that allows the admin to add documents into the user accounts. This was developed by another programmer and is not working properly. I need this fixed as well.
I also need this done in a very timely manner. Please look at the sites mentioned, and know what needs to be done before bidding.

ALSO, I already have the login and registration form functionality. Will just need a couple extra fields added to registration form.
