New Skin for Dolphin 6

I need to have a new design for my social community site. I have dolphin boonex up and running. I need it customised. I really don't have a design in mind. I need a designer to take a look at the theme of the site and present a style. I do know that I want to the style to be urban street and artistic. It needs to be appealing and entertaining but still easy to navigate.
