PHP Website to store, search and display files in Amazon S3

We need an interface built in PHP that will allow a user to securely upload (both single files and batch), search, download and display PDF files stored in Amazon S3/Glacier. The PDF should preview in the browser. Each file will include a key in the filename that can be used for indexing and searching.
User should log into the interface with a username and password and proceed from there.
Coder must have thorough knowledge of PHP and of Amazon web services API, including S3 and Cloudsearch.
Interface should be built in HTML5/JQuery and have a nice design to make searching and display of documents elegant and efficient.
