Setting up online bank transfer between service prov & buyer

We are looking for a consultant that has experience in setting up an online payments system to facilitate bank transfers between service providers and buyers. By bidding on this project, you should have experience implementing the ability for service providers to pay buyers using direct bank transfers.

We would rely on you for information on what accounts need to be open, which service providers are more competitive, so that we can get this in place.

Please place your bid price assuming there will be ten hours of work that we would ask you to perform. Only bid if you have prior experience and have implemented this type of setup. Please the following phrase in your bid: "I have implemented a system similar to the Elance payment system for online bank transfers". Also, though not required, if you are familiar with how to implement this payment setup using Paypal and Moneybookers, please also let us know this in your bid.
