Web UI UX Designers and Web Developers Required

Hi!
I have requirement of :
1- Web Designers (UI UX Designer)
and
2- Web Developers
Role of Web Designer:
I prefer if you also know Wireframing, can work on wireframe software such as 'omngi' or 'axure' or 'balsamiq' but this is optional, I mean if you do not know 'wireframing' its ok.
But you should have strong Design skill, (user interface, user experience). You should be savvy of 'responsive layouts' 'dribbble' kind a site, I love airbnb by the way, I mean your style of work meet the urls I just mentioned.
As a Developer: If you are html developer, you should be strong practical knowledge of html5, psd to html, css, cross browsing and if you know 'responsive' coding, that would be great.
As a CORE PHP Developer:
I prefer wordpress if you know, custom php, can work on PSD TO HTML will be prefer, you should know responsive layout coding (media query).
I will FEATURED this project asap.
I will select you here and we can then work together for long term (through [url removed, login to view]).
I request you that please show me your portfolio and also write 'whether you are designer or developer' if developer then HTML or CORE PHP etc?
