*Cool* Site Design Needed

I need a site design aimed at the 16-30 age range for the modified car industry (imports). Please research this material first to gain an idea of what I need. It needs to be a funky and unique design with the following considered:
* Design will eventually become CSS based.
* Needs to expand gracefully on high screen resolutions but still needs to be left aligned.
* Needs space for featured cars/models.
* Needs space for 'latest members cars' listing.
* Dark backgrounds with bright foreground preferred.
All I will require from the designer is the photoshop file (.psd) with all layers/styles etc intact. We will convert the design into images/html ourselves. I will supply the chosen developer with a list of URL's of sites I like to help in the design process. I would prefer to have access to previous works to look at to judge your compatibility with this project.
## Deliverables
1) Photoshop .psd file.
2) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
