Facebook Profile Exporter

I would like to have an application which exports all your profile data from Facebook. This includes:

1. Main profile data

* Name

* Email address

* Facebook user ID

* Phone number(s)

* Relatives

2. Personal interests

* Languages

* Religion

* "Liked" pages of TV shows, musicians,....

* Joined groups

3. Status updates (including all comments)

* Own status updates (not using the API, that only works for updates from August 2008 or later, tried that)

* Status updates of friends which the user commented

4. Notes (own and friends' if commented)

5. Questions (own and any in which the user has participated or commented)

6. Visited places

The file format used is up to you, I'd prefer CSV files. It can either be a desktop or web application.
