Need rapid turnaround - fast delivery

File syncing application for Windows:

Application must continuously (for example every minute but variable should be able to be defined) scan a local folder, network folder or mapped drive and transfer files to a local folder, network folder or mapped network drive under the following criteria:

File can not have been modified for 3 minutes (we must be able to modify that setting)

File only gets transferred once, do not delete on source

File gets transferred to 1,2 or 3 mapped drives (we must be able to modify active mapped

?

Plain GUI (does not have to look good ??" text file is fine) allows us to enter:

?

# of minutes since last modification before transfer

Drive that file gets transferred to

?

Must run as a .exe so we can monitor and restore if an outage occurs
