simple ''reflective'' image generatr

I would like a simple image generator created similar to the one found at

the only other options I would like if possible are:

-to be able to edit the colors of the test and plane on "preset 2" found at the above site.

-to be able to add IMAGES aswell as text to the "plane" found in preset 2 (again, with editable colors for the test and plane gradient) and have BOTH THE IMAGES AND TEXT get the reflective effect.

either Web based or downloadable software. If web based, this generator must be able to be placed within a password protected site
