I need a Wordpress theme installed and customized to look like a mockup that we would provide. I envisage this theme would have the following plugins
SEO, facebook social,
twitter and be cross browser platform ready. It's also help to have some PHP skills as well as graphics design
I want to work with a web designer who knows English well, is pleasant to work with, and I can develop a long-term professional relationship for future ongoing work when needed.
After this job is completed, web designer to help me create sites where I can add content and go forward.
