Add new dynamic section In product page

I need some changes to an existing website.
Need to add new section on product page - just like the same way how this site does it. Notice how that section below the gallery contains multiple images, a headline, and a bunch of text?
1) [login to view URL]). The headline (Wear the birthstones that inspire you), and below it is images/ text.
2) [login to view URL] The headline is "Let Your Inner Sparkle Shine" and there are images/text below it.
You can see how all images/headline/text are different for each product page. I need to add dynamic section for each product page. Please make sure it is also mobile-friendly - the same way as that site.
