Build​ ​an​ ​Android​ ​TV​ ​application​ ​which​ ​uses​ ​the​ ​​Cling​ ​UPnP​ ​package​​ ​to​ ​host​ ​a​ ​service​ ​on​ ​the local​ ​network​ ​that​ ​any​ ​UPnP​ ​enabled​ ​device​ ​can​ ​access​ ​(or​ ​any​ ​non-UPnP​ ​enabled​ ​device can​ ​view​ ​on​ ​a​ ​local​ ​URL).

The​ ​application​ ​will​ ​play​ ​videos.​ ​Videos​ ​may​ ​be​ ​played​ ​locally​ ​from​ ​the​ ​device​ ​or​ ​from​ ​a media​ ​server​ ​on​ ​the​ ​network,​ ​whichever​ ​is​ ​easier​ ​to​ ​build.

The​ ​purpose​ ​of​ ​this​ ​build​ ​is​ ​for​ ​the​ ​service​ ​to​ ​use​ ​the​ ​TV​ ​to​ ​act​ ​as​ ​a​ ​beacon​ ​on​ ​the​ ​network so​ ​that​ ​any​ ​device​ ​can​ ​subscribe​ ​to​ ​the​ ​service​ ​and​ ​receive​ ​the​ ​subtitles​ ​via​ ​events​ ​as​ ​they are​ ​updated.
