Build a web based application for online sales of airtime for Mobile and paytv services. The airtime could be directly topup or voucher/PIN based which will be send to the buyers. There will be different packages with associated commissions attached to them. For instance, when a user subscribes to silver package which could cost about $200, the user gets 1.2% commission per every denomination of airtime sold and the commission will accrue in the customers accounts as part of his accounts balance. The accrued commission will form part of the customers balance and he can use it as airtime credit which he can sell.
Mobile app for airtime sales should be included
