We do have a pruchased theme and created a website.
New project:
+ change some infos + pages on that page, deleting pages or some parts, adding, changing pics
+ new onlineshop: (is included!)
1) current infos
2) ~ 40 different products, below of that with some suggestions as well. In future we may have to add some products or manage the current ones, changing prices, new discounts for a specific time, coupons
3) delivery
4) minimum order quantity! Payment incl. bank cash transfer, Paypal, credit cards etc.
A payment provider is needed like MPay24, Wirecard, Payunit, 2checkout, netbilling...)
5) sales tax (VAT)
6) Subscribing for a new account and log in part (an e-Mail necessary for sending a code? If so, how does that work?)
7) E-mail newsletter and infos how that works
8) Receiving orders (with e-Mail or online?): Answering automatically or by confirming from us a confirmation? Is a pdf-confirmation automatically possible?
9) inventory management: interface with the onlineshop! Maybe we do have a maximum capacity of a single product and if we have more orders, we can reduce that! If some are sold out, customers shall see that! If we produce more, we can change the capicity as well!
10) statistics and reports are necessary!
11) SSL-certificate: do we have to buy that? (https://)
12) in 2 languages necessary, for the webshop and the normal website!
13) mobile phone and tablet version for the webshop and the normal website! Pics and texts shall fit in the monitor size! A faster loading might be required as the speed is not as fast as the normal computer! Smaller pic-size necessary?
14) GDPR page
15) SEO optimizing
-) For a bigger order we might need more time to confirm that before sending a confirmation! So, they have to fill in the formular. Maybe we let people to order a maximium range of a product and if more are necessary, they can write us an e-Mail!?
+ either we change the current pages and add the onlineshop as well, or we need everything new with our ideas!
At the end, we need an explanation how that works, how to add or delete products, back end ...
