CryptoJS Decrypt in PHP

I have the following functions in JS, the encrypt I CANNOT change:

function encrypt(str, key) {

return [url removed, login to view](str, key).toString();

}

function decrypt(str, key) {

return [url removed, login to view](str, key).toString([url removed, login to view]);

}

Simply, give an equivalent PHP function for both the decrypt and encrypt that is compatible with the above (i.e. encrypt in JS, decrypt in PHP and vice versa).

If you KNOW how to do it, gimme your quote. First in budget gets it.
