fix issues in laravel

I use paperwork built on Laravel 4 framework, this is only accessed on mobile

I need some changes made:

1. Delete the default welcome note.

2. When a client logs in, a note appears on top of the library. The notes should only show up when you click on a note.

3. When you create a note, it does not need to go into a notebook. So remove the requirement when you click "Create note" it asks what notebook.

4. Add "delete note" button to an open note

5. Few minor design changes.
