Fix PHP CMS PayPal and Captcha Form

This should be a fairly simple project. My website has an issue with Paypal details not being sent to PayPal to the seller. Only confirmation is received.
Contact form isn't working because Captcha form isn't working. If possible I'd like to have Captcha form fixed with 3-4 characters maximum.
This is a custom CMS that someone developed. All the files are available through FTP/File Manager. Please ask me for more details.
