fixing paypal check out issues due to sloppy work by [login to view URL] -- 3

we need the following fixed and more
1. add items to shopping cart, go to login box, will not let you login. you have to go to create an account to login ([login to view URL] says it is a zencart issue)
2. check out for virtual items require a shipping address or will not check out. this should not be the case (again, [login to view URL] states it is a zencart issue)
3. if paying pay by paypal, paypal will not add the sales tax that zencart shows before check out (again, due to sloppy coding by [login to view URL])
4. during check out, if using paypal and a discount code, the pre invoice will be correct, once you check out, paypal will correctly charge but then the invoice will add to the total the discount, not subtract, so the final invoice is incorrect. (again [login to view URL] blames it on everything else except his sloppy coding)
5. other things.
there will be no payments made PERIOD until the work is done and double checked. we made the mistake with [login to view URL] and as soon as the work was done, this guy ran and blamed all the mistakes on zencart coding, not his. english is a must. patience is a must. professionalism is a must.
