Football pitch booking system application

I am looking for an application that allows booking for football pitch hire. I want to be able to use this as a main platform for the booking system. I will require 4 to 5 pitches on the application with a time where I can select a booking. Once clicking on the booking time I would require a field that will give me an option to fill in the customers details, Costing, number of bookings and if it’s a returning customer, their details should pop up. There should be a daily calendar/report to show all the data stored such as all the bookings and all the costings for the day/weeks/months to a year.
There is an example which I can send you, the layout.
This application should be able to work on PC MacBooks and handheld devices there should be access for multiple users and maybe in the future to access direct payment.
Once you click on a time, if customers details are stored you can access and book the guest. There should also be a new customer tab, this table should also give a option of booking pitch 1/4 or booking all 4 pitches. There should be a time - to and from when we can book it. There should be a option deposit paid option and have it highlighted.
If there is just a one pitch booking for the week then there should be a different colour. If there is a block booking it should also be in a different colour. If the customer has paid for the full booking there should be some green indication it’s paid. Red if payment is outstanding.
There should be a price option option on this tab also. But a default and option to discount.
There is not a lot of information provided right now but once I can get somebody who can actually do this project and put time and effort in getting the perfect application we can discuss the more detailed options and tabs required
