Help automate RSS creation / data entry for my site

Basically, I use a site that generates RSS feeds:

And then I use a wordpress plugin to aggregate the RSS feeds:

[login to view URL]

I have a HUGE list of sites and the data entry is a bit tough. So I was thinking the best solution was a Chrome Extension and/or Wordpress Plugin Customization that could help automate the process. The sites I need to be generated into RSS feeds and then added into the RSS Aggregator page are all listed within certain text. So you would just write code that searched for some short code.

If some parts are manual, that's fine. And if you have a better suggestion, I'm very flexible. But I think something like this (semi-auto) Chrome Extension would be best:

But I only worry about if Chrome upgrades and your add on will no longer be compatible. So please message me with your thoughts and let's work this out!
