Merge 3 websites in a 1 installation w/multilingual plugin.

I need merge 3 websites with the same info but different languages and databases in a single one.

Right now we need update the website 3 times because have a separated installation that why i need create a new one with a multilingual plugin. We also need have 1 gallery to all the languages, to upload new galleries just one time.
The weird thing is i can't figure out how the databases are connected.
I also need this fixes in the final website:
-Zoom in the thumbs from the home section
-Modify the main slider to be responsive in the height.
-Change the dot style of the main slider. (The dots to change slides)
-Make a floating menu
-Crate a masonry index for the menu - (Like this: [login to view URL])
