Mobile App utilising Yandex Image Recognition

I am looking to have a Phonegap app built, that will allow a user to
○ take a photo of an item
○ Review the photo, and either discard it or
○ Use the Yandex search engine (I find it much more accurate than the Google image search) to search by image and return the matching items (weblinks) from the section "Sites where the image is displayed"
○ Allow the user to click though the weblink to the source webpage, and return to the list of search results
○ Allow the user to store, if they choose, the photo they took in a database, with a simple, stored hierarchy
○ Return to the start page (Camera lense)
Other notes
○ The app should be deployed on Apple and Android phones and available through the respective app stores.
○ The app should support user registration, with the usual create user, change password functionality. For this I would like to use one of the cloud services and capture from the user - Username and password
○ Once registered and logged on, the app should present the user the camera lens, allowing the user to select a subject and take a photo with one click.
○ The user should be able to store the photo they took in a database, providing simple information about the item
○ The app should have an Admob strip at the bottom of the screen
To avoid automated responses I shall ignore bids that do not mention "zebra"
