Modify Online Shop Website Code to Allow Multilanguage Support

I have purchased a software online which is working correctly. The Website is an online shop that is built on CodeIgnitor Framework. Everything is working correctly, but i need the store multilanguage support improved.

The store support multilanguage but the multilanguage support is only minimal. At the moment the store only allows changes in language for text coded in the code.

1. I need to expand the multilanguage to include multilanguage support for the data/ content saved in the database. This means all the products, descriptions, categories, title, meta, variation, tags, coupon card, , page/CMS etc need to support multilanguage.

2. Should work with the store in-built multilanguage. As in if i select Chinese, it should change the content to chinese.

3. Create input in both the front-end and back-end for the multilanguage. If i active English, Chinese, Japanese it should have a tab to select the language and the content to enter for that language. It should intuitive as in when i enter the content for different language it should be in one page. It should not require a reload of the page when entering different content.
