Need an Angular and GoogleMaps API expert

Require a freelancer or team of freelancers who have experience in building large scale AngularJs 1.x or ReactJS based SPAs. The person chosen for the job would also be required for maintenance of the application after succesful deployement.
The project largely revolves around data fed from a mobile application which performs some complex computations on users [login to view URL] that part is abstracted for you and we need only a frontend developer.
The more deployed projects you have done in the past, the better your chances of being awarded.
I do not go by the ratings and reviews [login to view URL] new freelancers are welcome to bid, provided they can prove their motivation and dedication to work in their proposals.
Please provide the following details in your proposals:
1) Your experience as a developer.
2) Your experience in AngularJS/ReactJs.
3) Your experience in GoogleMaps API and geolocation data in general.
4) How good are your UX skills and sense of aesthetics.
5) Your past work.
6) What are your work timings.
7) How would you design an application which requires near realtime synchronisation with the server and is computation heavy.
Since this will be a long and ongoing project, expect to be paid accordingly.
