We need an "Instagram Ninja" to handle Instagram Live Video ( Real Time )

Hi, i need a one single page ( without design ) & simple services that able to be running during the live instagram video ( Real Time )

The main objective is to having an bot viewer that can:

1. Grab & display the Instagram Live Video ( Real Time ) to our website ( The visitors no need to login instagram on their browser, it was logged on the backend server / server side ), and the account is private.

2. We need to watch the comment / chats during live instagram videos ( It can be services, that ended with store into mysql database / call our end api ), and parsing the text to define if there's any:

- Order Command

- Check Cart Command ( the bot will automatically replied, limited maximum once per minute per user ) ( Data will be served from our api )

- Checkout Command ( the bot will automatically replied, orders processed, please check further notification )

- Every API Call action should be recorded on the Mysql Database ( call_type, endpoint, parameters, send_time )

- Record every text appear on MySql Database.

3. The services should be always running during the live videos & able to re-run if something crash or any error occurs.

What we provide:

Results we expect:

1. Single page (html), that can show the live videos.

2. Services Program ( any programming languages and be able to run as processes in Red Hat OS ) to handle objective no 2, and instruction docs to operate the services ( commands & parameters ).
