I need a VQmod XML files that does the following points:
1) make telephone field NOT mandatory on admin/system/settings/general
2) make telephone field NOT mandatory on registering form and on checkout form
3) edit contact page ([url removed, login to view]) to show email instead of telephone
Solution to 1) and 2) already available here: [url removed, login to view], you need to transform it in a XML file.
