9. Color indication coding for scheduled maintenance should be as follows
a. ‘Red’ for maintenance that are due
b. ‘Yellow’ for maintenance with date for alert has reached
Note that when scheduled maintenance work order has a job completion, the maintenance automatically resets to start counting from beginning and the color turns to normal
10. Create alerts for the system as ‘pop ups’ and a new page for
a. due certificates,
b. due maintenance
c. low stock level
11. add workstation as part of filters for job completions
12. Put a counter for work orders. From the day they were created, it should count daily to tell users how long a work order is open. But stop counting when it is completed. Put a sort for it too
